Pet People magazine celebrates the love stories of pets and their people, in one city at a time. Exploring what life with pets is really like and how they can make us humans feel and change our behaviour through just being themselves. We often say pets depend on us, but isn’t it really the other way around?
The magazine’s 60 pages are filled with photos and short stories based on interviews with pet people who live in the issue’s city in focus. Pet People meet them in their homes or out and about and document the daily life of living with pets, discovering relationships deeper than you’d think.
Pet People is a collaboration between photographer Hilda Grahnat and art director / graphic designer Linnea Paulsson. All texts are in English.
In Issue 04 Pet People venture east to Helsinki and meet 13 pets and their people in the Finnish capital. The cover boy, Pallo, enjoys a good sauna, sighthound rescue Django happily spends lazy days on the sofa, and Tuisku the cat defies his blindness and goes exploring in the city almost every day.
