This series captures wildflowers - photographed through a series of experimentation with in-camera techniques, guided like a botanist, the flowers were explored through myths that connects us to place, that can erupt a healing, a magic, that we can become seeds of change - the work arouses a changed state of mind. The flowers embody this change, they help dissolve, shift, or awaken something inside us like a journey of our senses, creating internal energy, a connection to a world beyond human. The title is a taken from a title of a flowering plant in the spurge family most common found in Ireland and Europe in Springtime.
